April - 3rd Week Menu.

After hitting hard on weekend last week.. peha sengal skit, kaki lembik. So rest for 2 days (Monday and Tuesday).

Training start on Wednesday 12/04
- Home to Thye Eng Plantation.
- 9.5km = 43.46

Thursday – 13/04
- Aiyaahh.. raining
- Already with running gears, incase hujan berhenti.
- End-up.. ZZZzzzZZzzz

Friday – 14/04
- Bike. To Sg Petani Selatan toll, using Eastern By-pass.
- 30km – No time recorded

Saturday – 15/04
- Bike. To office = baguih punya staff. Off-day pon mai kerja.
- 22km – No time recorded

Sunday – 16/04: Run + Bike
Run – 19km. 1:33.57
Home to TSM and return. Then turn to Thye Eng Plantation – Semeling – AIMST – Home. Cross the sign-post at TSM in 25:43 (no PR).

Transition – 6.18 (1:40.15)

Bike – 50km. 1:55.15 (3:35.31)
To Home – Semeling – Merbok - Tanjung Dawai and U-turn. Along the way, selisih dengan 2 bike riders. Said hi!. They doing a solo ride.

At 30km. Perut cramps. Peha sakit. Betis shivering. - Think, put too much to maintain the 30-33km/h. Stop twice for 100Plus (@5km + 35km ride). Tutuh 3 bottles of plain water. PowerGel - elek maa..

Sampai rumah.. panas lit-lit.

Already registered for Bukit Mertajam Biathlon on 1st May. Doing induvidual. It's 3km up-hill ride and 3-4km trail run. - Jenuh!. Probably will tekan on running. The event will start at noon. 12:30! - Gila! paaa..

Whatever it is.. > a month not going any event. - Terbakar!!

This week, need to fix my cap ayam MTB especially on gear.
