Very nice medal you have from the walk , congrats . Keep running more mileage man , I think the rule of thumb is to increase mileage by 10 % every week .
i 'm not running Marathon , but I'm running in KLIM05 the 10 km race (just decided recently) . Will submit my form this Sunday .
