Road to KLIM05: Tracking - Week 11-12/12
This week, i follow the Training Plan week 18.
Mon 28/2 - Rest
Tue 01/3 - Rest
Wed 02/3 - Rest
Thu 03/3 - Rest
Fri 04/3 - Rest
Sat 05/3 - Rest
Sun 06/3 - 42.2 Marathon
Probably today (wednesday) and tomorrow will do 4-6km reallyx3 easy run.
What i need along this week is good food, drink alot of water, stay calm/quiet, positive thinking, believe in myself and why i run for a marathon?..
