My 7 months 10km PB ter-broke (beruk)! - yeehah!
What a run... i did 3 mins faster than my KRI 2004: 10k Road Race.
- 46.16mins (22.36/23.42).

Wendy also, did her personal best in 60km bike and Fitri, he said..
"Nobody potong sayur him and he didn't potong sayur anyone.."

Right now, i'm waiting official result for our MiX team relay position no. - Arrrgh! Cepat la woih!!!
