This is my first experience running blindfolded. Well, I did walk blindfolded twice in Blind Leading the Blind event. I thought this one could be a new experience and of course it is.

As this is a charity event, good runners were less interested. The best runners were only from der pacemaker group - Mr Chen and Mr Wond Kei Ming who were the eventual champion. We bit the dust from the moment the horn was sounded!

I was afraid of tripping.....and as the race got going my partner became better at giving instructions. I almost tripped once and learn that actually there are a few pairs who fell down. One is shown on the video clip and one is the pair which finished third. The Raleigh members were great and happy people and being with them do affect your mood! They were also the volunteers for the Perhentian Island Challenge.

At the start of the race

The Champions - Mr Wong and Mr Chen
