News: Penang Starwalk is back
PENANG Starwalk returns for its 36th edition this year with new attractions added to the heritage route introduced last year to raise awareness on the rich culture of the state.
The event this time will fall on a Monday which is Sept 17, a replacement public holiday for Malaysia Day that falls on Sunday.
This year’s walk incorporates a heritage trail which is slightly different from last year’s route but it will still cover major scenic sites such as Fort Cornwallis, City Hall, Kapitan Keling Mosque and Sri Maha Mariamman Temple.
