2 years in a row I went for half marathon distance, sadly this year no more. Thinking a return facing a torture hilly-open-straight route and finish without a single walking.. but the organizer remove 21km category this year.
From my experience.. travelling to Yala using main route is safe. Do read my 2012 and 2013 running report.
