Weekly mileage 23/5 - 29/5

Mon: Tidoq
Tue: 4:15am.. @ kitchen
"Aku bangun buat apa.. bukannya ada run event bulan depan"..

Wed: 10km @ Home - Tmn Sinar Mentari, (27.59/22.29 = 50.29 = PB training)
Thu: Tertidoq
Fri: Tidoq
Sat: 10.5km, 3 laps @ Taiping Lake Garden (18.08/16.31/15.14 = 50.00)
Sun: Cuti

Total mileage = 20.5km.

Last week.. betulx2 baloq liat. Need new route laa..

Alhamdulilah.. more than a month i stop smoking and my running speed improved!

Quit the habit on my birthday. Terpengaruh dengan "Tak Nak" campaign..

  • Mualaikumsalam! ..alhamduliah takat masih kuat iman lagi. Itu hari lepaih habih KLIM.. @ hotel terketaqx2 pegang puting rokok. Ketagih.. nak sedut x larat.. tapi nak isap – mampuss.

    2 month after quit – speed improved.

    Masa MMDSII, aku ingat hangpa smoker jugak... aku tgh probation period.

    Bukit Merah? how?
