First heard of new category in this running event - Men Super Junior.
Mengkuang Dam is very nice place to jog. Very peaceful and beautiful natural scenery. Ran there once.. accidentally, with my elder bro while on the way to his house at Lunas. Wearing slipper.. i did 20mins with him jog along dam.
