Looking at the banner and running map, remind me of Penang Carnival: Joy Run on 26 May07.

It was really hard running on sandy beach. Mau finish 1/2km atas pantai pon meleleh ayeq hidung. But this 19km event offer to variuos ground surface; jalanraya, panjat bukit, river crossing and sandy beach - Enjoy.

But prize money - fuh! worth it.
