Amazing video at Osaka International Women's Marathon

An amazing video by Kayoko Fukushi in Osaka International Women's Marathon. This race was won by Mara Yamauchi (GBR) in 2:25:10 on 27 January 2008.

Kayoko Fukushi, holder of japan's 3000m, 5000m and half marathon national record, showing her spirit to finish her debut marathon.

She ran too fast for first 25km, about 3:20/km. She lead a 3 minutes gap or 1km from the running group and finally the price paid.

Watching the youtube alone before i post this make me a bit sebak. Coz it remind me my legs condition when i ran my first marathon in KLIM05.

I agreed that marathon start at 30km. Itu yang betul-betul menguji ketahanan mental. And is a mental race, some people even say that it's 90% mental another 10% is physical effort

    the marathon distance is same but the experience is totally different.. tak dpt diungkapkan dgn kata2.. berat kaki melangkah, berat lagi kekuatan minda yg diperlukan...
