Attractive prizes are on offer where the winner of the men's Open will earn RM700, runner-up RM500, third place is worth RM400, fourth RM300 and fifth RM200.

Cash prizes are offered to the top five finishers in all 14 categories, including schoolchildren.

The categories are men's junior Open, junior veterans and senior veterans, women's junior Open and veterans, men's and women's senior citizens, upper and lower primary schoolboys and girls and the category for disabled runners.

Medals, certificates and Olympic Day Run special edition T-shirts as well McDonald's "Be Our Guest" coupons will be given to participants.
