CATEGORY
1. Slow & Steady - for beginners
a. Entry fee : RM100/team. After 15/02/06 RM200/team
b. One team comprises of 2 people, be it men, women or mixed.
c. Estimated distance : 10km – 15km.
d. Activities include kayaking, rope course trekking/running & mystery tests.

2. Fast & Furious - for die-hards of adventure racing
a. Entry fee : RM200/team. After 15/02/06 RM300/team
b. One team comprises of 2 people, be it men, women or mixed.
c. Estimated distance : 35 – 40 km.
d. Activities include kayaking, rope course, trekking/running and mountain biking.
