Looks like this is now a closed event - participants must be Malaysian citizens. I think the organiser should simply restrict prizes to Malaysians and still allow foreigners to take part. Very few foreigners are making a living from running, most are just running for fun.

If you finished as top finisher and don’t mind on medal + prize, then I think you can join - Lari Haram.
I did this once at 10k Family Run 2010 (pics on my facebook and not here). Join the run without bib# and I don’t took any drinks there...
